Shipping & Returns

This page outlines Totemikaa’s shipping and returns framework, including delivery timelines, shipping costs, and the conditions under which replacements or refunds are issued.

All Totemikaa objects are produced on demand through certified fulfilment partners. This model allows us to minimise waste and overproduction, but it also means that standard “change-of-mind” returns are not supported.

The sections below provide full transparency on how shipping works and when support is available should an issue occur.

Overview

​

This overview applies to all Totemikaa products unless otherwise specified in individual product tabs.

​

Returns & Refunds

​

All Totemikaa products are made to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

​

However, we will provide a replacement or refund in the following cases:

​

  • The item arrives damaged or defective

  • The item is lost in transit and does not arrive

  • The item received is materially different from what was ordered

​

In such cases, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence where applicable. Each claim is reviewed individually in coordination with our fulfilment partners.

Shipping Model

​

Totemikaa operates a distributed fulfilment model. Products are printed and shipped by different partners depending on the product line and destination.

 

As a result:

​

  • Country of origin may vary depending on the shipping address

  • Shipping times may vary between product families

  • Orders containing multiple product types may arrive in separate parcels

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on destination zones

Shipping

​

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and fulfilment origin. Totemikaa currently operates three shipping zones:

​

  • Free Shipping Zones – Shipping included in the product price

  • Standard Shipping Zones (£10) – A flat shipping fee applies

  • Limited Service Zones – Free shipping is not available due to carrier constraints

 

The applicable shipping tier is always displayed before payment.​​​

Custom & Duties

​

For orders shipped internationally, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on local regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in Totemikaa prices unless explicitly stated.

All Totemikaa transactions are processed securely through PayPal Business. Payments can be made by card or PayPal account at checkout. Totemikaa never stores or accesses your card details — all processing is handled by PayPal’s encrypted payment gateway in accordance with PCI DSS standards.

​

For wholesale or B2B orders, invoices are issued directly from PayPal Business using the same secure infrastructure.

​

Totemikaa acts as the design originator and authorised distributor. All manufacturing and fulfilment are handled by accredited partners in compliance with EU GPSR standards.
